The Worst Loss
How Families Heal from the Death of a Child
by Barbara D. Rosof
Excellent! Although the author is not a bereaved parent, she has worked with them for many years. Her style of writing and explaining concepts is full of understanding. The book covers many topic and many types of loss. It has testimony and comments from bereaved parents. As well as what things helped them to heal.
One of the best qualities of this book is that it addresses the grief of parents AND siblings and how the whole family is changed. It also addresses the things that "Suspended us Pain," the barriers to grieving and how to resolve those issues. Strongly, recommended for anyone who has lost a child. A must for those who worked with these families.
