An account manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of an existing business portfolio. This position involves extensive telephone work and requires excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills. The primary focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service, which drives TWFG’s growth and profitability.

• Serve existing customers of TWFG branches.
• Process policy changes, renewals and other requests.
• Quote and link policy renewals and new business.
• Maintain exceptional customer and agent relationships.
• Stay on top of carrier appetites and product availability.
• Identify customer needs and promote product solutions.
• Promote and positively represent the TWFG brand.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a current Texas General Lines – Property & Casualty Agent’s License.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an independent agency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and pleasant telephone skills.
• Adaptability with a strong talent for managing multiple projects.
• Experience in commercial lines and/or life and health is preferred.
