The Oceania Region Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships within the Australia Region. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of existing relationships and enjoy building new relationships across the stage.

Main responsibilities…

  • Work directly with the Head of Global Partnerships to establish and execute growth strategies in the Oceania region
  • Manage key venue, promoter and label partners across Oceania
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, delivering industry-leading levels of service
  • Responsible for supervising our Melbourne and Sydney City managers and local support team
  • Ensure that the most important and strategically valuable promoters/venues in the region are registered to use RA
  • Research and identify new opportunities in depth, maintain a pipeline and present new business
  • Present the benefits of AR as an event service and marketing channel to promoters, venues, direct clients and agencies
  • Meet partners to share knowledge about new/existing AR products
  • Ensure that we continue to provide best in class customer and customer support
  • Coordinate and assist with event announcements and sales for clients
  • Provide best practice guidance to partners to help manage/promote events

Who are we looking for…

  • 3+ years of account management/sales experience
  • Integrated into the local scene with a large existing network
  • Committed to building meaningful relationships with First Nations artists and stakeholders
  • Outgoing personality who quickly builds networks
  • Track record of effective communication, both personal and digital
  • An understanding of digital advertising would be advantageous
  • Experience in event organization or promotion would be an advantage
  • Effective information management
  • Ability to win new business and attract new partners
  • Confident presentation to small and large groups
  • A passion and understanding of electronic music culture is fundamental
