Jakarta’s luxury hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place welcomes Audrey Lim as the new hotel manager, effective May 2022.

Lim has over a decade of experience in luxury properties, including ten years of dedication to The Ritz-Carlton brand.

A graduate of RMIT University, Melbourne, with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications in 2004, Lim sought a career in hospitality to pursue her passion for people and great service. Her career highlights include positions as Club, Retail and Business Center Manager, Room Manager and Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) of Rooms at various luxury hotels in Southeast Asia. .

Upon appointment, Lim oversees all aspects of the property to ensure the needs of guests and others are met. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place comprises 62 hotel rooms, 139 residences, a restaurant, six massage rooms, six meeting rooms, a 3,284 m² grand ballroom and a semi-outdoor reception area “The Glass House” as a meeting and wedding venue.
