  • Solid knowledge of ICT infrastructure architecture (ITIL or TOGAF)

Who are you :

Senior person with strong business and technical skills
Interpret the IT strategy (target architecture, core architecture and roadmap) in the context of the business strategy and advise the client accordingly-
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and management skills, who can lead and coordinate infrastructure service proposals-
Ensure quality controls are in place and properly followed-
Be and Live to be the client’s strategic partner

What you will do:

  • Manage new service marketing within frameworks and processes to operationalize new services.
  • Coordinate the integration processes of new services in the operational division.
  • Coordinate new service transitions within the business, such as technological, operational and governance changes.
  • Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule and budget requirements.
  • Ensure transitions are planned and completed on time and within budget.
  • Keep all parties involved in the transition informed of its progress.
  • Identify transition issues and create effective solutions to resolve them quickly.
  • Manage the marketing of new services by creating the frameworks and processes to operationalize the new services. Including how an individual should perform them and how frequently the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and actually necessary or required to perform the work.

What do you need :

  • 5 years of experience in a transition manager role within the ICT environment, preferably in infrastructure services
    1. 5 years of project management experience in ICT environment, preferably in infrastructure services
  • Experience managing customers and engagement in an ICT systems integrator or service provider capacity

  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams and work with stakeholders

  • Ability to instil rigor and discipline in standards-aligned project teams

Desired skills:

  • ITIL
  • TOGAF
  • Infrastructure projects
