Master Oil Burner and LP certificates required with a minimum of 5 years supervision and field service. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative to complete tasks quickly and accurately and be committed to providing superior customer service. A positive attitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, along with an understanding of the department’s overall objectives, company goals and vision. They will supervise the Burner/LP Service Technicians and Service Dispatcher, ensure prompt coding of invoices, answer customer calls, maintain quality assurance, maintain inventory, ensure proper scheduling, assist with service proposals. installation and equipment, monitor licensing, promote personal growth and emphasize safe work practices. A good driving record is essential. When making a conditional job offer, a pre-employment physical examination will be required.
