The show follows a group of agents as they explore their personal and professional lives at the Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate brokerage firm in Los Angeles.

Things are not as easy as they seem. There is a lot of chaos every season. And of course, with a touch of entertainment.

Selling Sunset Season 5 Received An Early Release Date

Reality TV is back with brand new episodes. Season 5 of Selling Sunset will premiere on Netflix next month. Ah, but that’s not all. We do have a release date though.

Selling Sunset Season 5 will be released on Netflix on April 22, 2022. Can you imagine it? April is Appreciation Month, and Selling Sunset is gearing up to make another appearance, which is a nice little bonus.

After simultaneously revealing a fourth and fifth season in March 2021, the fourth season was remarkable, but a fifth season this early? It was a delicious surprise.

This season of the show will include a total of 10 episodes. According to the press release, Jason and Brett Oppenheim will reappear in Season 5 of Selling Sunset.

And of course other members too. However, there seems to have been a new addition to the squad.

Meet the Newcomer to the Sunset Season 5 Sale

Adding a new face to an already amassed group adds to the excitement of the upcoming season. This brings us to the update to the brief that we look forward to sharing with you.

Chelsea Lazkani, a British Nigerian luxury estate agent, has joined us for the upcoming season. Laznaki is a British-Nigerian luxury estate agent who attended the universities of Birmingham and Dundee in Scotland.

Lazkani is a multi-talented artist with many degrees. Before getting into real estate, the reality TV star worked in the corporate sector. Chelsea has worked as a solar analyst and business strategist for the oil and gas industries.

Chelsea made a comment regarding her appearance in this wonderful experience.

“I think I have the Support of my husband and my family basically prepared me to take on this great role and this great opportunity.

But for me personally, I saw it as a opportunity to truly open doors in an industry that has lacked diversity and where minorities are undervalued.

Adding: “I feel like with great opportunities comes great responsibility. It was kind of my time to give back and educate and really mentor and advance black women in this luxury business of real estate. So just knowing that I have a bigger goal kind of prepared me for that.

The electric extension was familiar with the Oppenheim Group

The outstanding personality also pointed out her inspiration and that she is in fact familiar with the whole and that the performers of the show really inspired his.

Chelsea mentioned that being among so many successful women helps her visualize her future trajectory. It also helps Chelsea confirm the fact that she may be selling for $20 million, $30 million, or $40 million while seeing other women in her immediate vicinity doing the same.

When asked what we can expect from her in the upcoming season, it looks like the agent dropped a hint.

She acknowledged, “I would say it’s really electric. It’s nothing you’ve never seen on TV.”
